About
I have lived in Dubai for four years and I know this market from the inside — not from reports, but from the properties I view every week. Before Dubai I spent two years in real estate in Moscow.
I work in the prime and luxury segment: off-plan and secondary market. I help you answer the questions that matter — what to buy, when to enter and when to exit. For an investor I calculate returns and a resale strategy; for a family I find the neighbourhood that will actually suit their life.
I am always on the client’s side. I listen to what you need and adapt to you, instead of selling everyone the same thing.
